Rob LeDoux is a landscape and figure oil painter working in a realist style. His landscapes are the shores, fields, and buildings in the town of St. George, Maine. Many of his figure paintings are contemporary versions Pre-Raphaelite themes.
His time is divided between St. George, Maine and his home in Grafton, Massachusetts. LeDoux was born in Grafton, in 1961. He attended the Massachusetts College of Art and earned his BFA in Painting 85 studying under the direction of noted Newbury Street Artist, George Nick. After many years of teaching art on the secondary level he now paints full-time in the timber frame studio he built.
